Dududa Smart City is owned, developed and contracted for by Dududa Devine Limited, a Nigerian company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 7303948 and operating from Ibadan, Oyo State.
The digital layer comes from Agodi Technologies, the technology partner to the project — a group operating consumer and infrastructure products across identity, payments, education, health, legal services and connectivity. Its six platform services are contributed to the development in kind rather than procured after handover, which is why this is a technology-led development rather than a construction company that later buys software.

The problem is serviced land
African cities are not short of land or of people who want homes. They are short of land with infrastructure already in it. Solve that and the housing follows; skip it and you get another estate that never finishes.
The first one is in Lagos
200 acres in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State, on the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway. It is the flagship because the corridor already has the port, the refinery, the free zone and the subsea cables — the demand is there to be housed.
It is meant to be copied
The land budget, the phasing, the utility model and the software stack form a template. The second city, wherever it is, starts from a working playbook rather than a blank page.
